At Stepping Stones, we are proud to have a highly qualified, passionate, and dedicated team who place children at the heart of everything they do.
Our Nursery Manager is currently studying for a Master’s degree in Early Education and brings extensive experience in leading, training, and developing early years practitioners. As a parent of three children herself, she understands the importance of trust, communication, and creating a nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued, and supported.
On top of our Hard work, we also embark on various charity fundraising adventures throughout the year, with focus on Children in need, Fundraising February and supporting the local communities.
Across the nursery, our team is warm, hands‑on, and deeply committed to delivering the highest standards of care and education. All staff are trained in paediatric first aid, food hygiene, and safeguarding, and they engage in continuous professional development to ensure their knowledge remains current and their practice reflects the very best in early years education.
